Fundraising & Marketing Committees
CORPORATE – Solicits past and potential donors, explores new prospects for fundraising purposes, maintains liaison with donors.
SPECIAL EVENTS – Plan special fundraising events including Trivia Night and ArtFix, Rebuilding Together – St. Louis’ annual art auction party.
GRANTS – Help research and write grants.
PUBLIC RELATIONS – Maintains and cultivates relationship with local media and community groups. Helps keep Rebuilding Together – St. Louis’ message before the public.
House Relations Committees
HOUSE SELECTION – Previews homes approved through the application process for final selection. Duties include: visiting the house, meeting with homeowner, assessing repair requests.
WORK EVALUATORS – Creates repair list for approved homes. Individuals must be skilled at advanced home repairs or professional home inspectors.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS – Occupational therapist review applications and determines what home modifications could be made. They work closely with disabled and older homeowners to assess their needs.
TECH COMMITTEE – Provides Rebuilding Together – St. Louis with technological needs and services.
OFFICE VOLUNTEER – Requires daytime volunteer opportunities making calls, preparing mailings, inputting data, filing and organizing.
